That’s why we focus on hand rolled, freshly baked bagels with the perfect balance of chew and crust. Every ingredient we use is carefully chosen, from our fillings to our spreads, so every bite delivers on flavour.
But The Bagel Project is about more than food. It’s about people. We’re proud to be part of Nottingham’s independent scene, working with local suppliers where we can and creating a welcoming space.
